This Week In Pictures (11/16-11/22)

Well, I had intentions of posting more this week but that's the way it goes. It may be like this for a little while so don't panic when you don't hear from me as often. This past week I have been extremely tired. I'm sure that's to be expected being that I'm in my 9th month of pregnancy. I almost can't believe it. But as I'm a mother, I push myself to keep on going --- tired and all! Even when it comes to some time for myself...I push myself to do it. The ladies from church got together Thursday evening to make cards. This is an example of when I had to push myself to keep on going. I had a lot of fun. I was just really tired. I only have a limited supply of energy these days. My final hours of baking and cooking in the kitchen with this pregnancy has also come to a close. (Besides the necessary everyday meal preparation. We've gotta eat right?) I physically can't do it anymore. It has been fun though.

Exciting news. Aubrey brought her report card home from school. ALL A's! She's doing so well in school and we are extremely proud of her. Piano is also going well and has a recital on Dec. 5th. She'll be playing 3 Christmas songs. I'll post on that event when it arrives. John's taking 2 classes this semester on top of working full time and helping out around the home so he's dually tired as well. We're definitely getting prepared for our little guy to be here. Just put up the bassinet yesterday, bags are for the most part packed and the car seat is out and ready to go. My doctor also felt it was necessary for me to get the flu shot so I drove to the base Friday to get that done and have lunch with John. Just 3 more weeks people. Maybe sooner. The important thing is that I'M ready! I'm hoping that the girls will do okay with this transition period. I'm already getting nervous and worried not having them with me when I have to deliver. I'm sure these are normal feelings but I'm going to miss them during that time. They have adored him inside so let's hope it continues when he's physically noticeable. :) My next doctor appointment is tomorrow. Let you know if there's any good news to report. And now we're moving on to some pictures from our busy week (most of it without a camera - such is life!):

{Jocelyn LOVES to dance. She's having a blast here. We put some music on and she was circling the living room. I love how this picture still shows her smiling even though you can't physically see it.}

{Playing with her doll house. I have to mention that as I was trying to sneak this photo of her, I attempted to get down on my stomach like she was and quickly realized why that would NOT be comfortable...or a good idea! :/ Oops.}

{Coloring. She looks forward to this activity every day. P.S. I think she's going to be a lefty! Nothing wrong with that. She'll just be the first in our little family.}

{You may laugh at the fact that I took this picture but it was truly so good, I couldn't help it. I went to the store to stock up on more yogurt the other day and found this flavor. YUM!}

{Sisters hanging out on the couch. They were watching Sesame Street when Jocelyn got up from the other side of the couch and plopped herself down into Aubrey's lap. It was cute to see! And again, this is the face she gives me when I tell her to smile at the camera. What a stinker!}

{Daddy's home!!!!!!! She says this every time John walks through the door. It's true: she has her favorites: blanket & daddy! I'm not jealous. I know Aubrey & I are her favorites as well! Just some are more noticeable than others. :)}

{Me 9 months pregnant with Andrew...FINALLY! (36 weeks 4 days)}

{Jocelyn being silly and making sister laugh}

{It's so nice to see how much fun they have together}

{Still the best of friends!}

HAVE A GREAT WEEK & HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!! :)
