Reminiscing

Walking around the block got me reminiscing about good ol Oregon. The sun was out. It was breezy but it felt nice. Even the smell was in the air of what reminded me of Oregon - crisp and clean. As we stood at the mailboxes down the road waiting at Aubrey's bus stop for her to come home, I closed my eyes for just a brief second as the sun was shining and the wind was blowing and it reminded me of home and being at the beach. The smell of spring in the air always makes me happy! :) But come summer time here, it will not bring this same feeling to me. The humid summers in Virginia are not enjoyed by me - unless air conditioning or a pool are in close proximity!! LOL Hope you all are enjoying the spring weather...wherever you are!
