Hallo!

Mein name ist Leslie Shields.

Ich wohne in Frankfurt.

Today I started taking German lessons again.

Went over the alphabet, numbers and simple conversation on how to greet people.

Some may call me crazy but I'm really excited to learn the language!

And I got an offer I couldn't refuse!

It'll be helpful to know German considering that we live in the heart of Frankfurt and with all the traveling and shopping close by and well,

we'll be here for another 2 1/2 years!

So why not?

I see it as a great opportunity!

And in turn, our whole family will learn.

The kids soak up everything so it'll be a piece of cake for them.

As for me however? Um, we'll just leave it at that! haha :)

It's a hard language but I'll do okay.

I do have to say though, I have one of the best teachers teaching me - my dear friend, Pamela.

So here's to a fresh start!

(And a brain that works in my favor!)
