This was our Wednesday afternoon...
And here's Jocelyn soaking in the new season and cooler weather. I do have to admit, it DOES feel pretty nice!
I knew I had to try and freeze this moment, even for a minute, to capture her peeking out the living room window. A child's curiousity and observant nature just intrigues me. To wonder what's on their little minds as they grow and learn. She seems to be enjoying herself nevertheless.
And when she got bored with that, she asked to play a little game of Connect Four. Then, she patiently plays solo while waiting for big sis to get done with her homework. And when that gets tiring, she starts to literally BEG her to come and play. "Back up Aubee, back up!!" (FYI: "back up" translates to "get up" in Jocelyn words). Who can blame her though? You can only get so far playing Connect Four by yourself. That and someone really, and I do mean REALLY, misses her sister while she's at school all day.
