Today is election day. I mailed off my voters ballot back to my home state OREGON last week. I came pretty close to not being able to vote (long story but I forgot to keep my address current). Because I was able to have my vote count, I made sure I mailed it in on time. It's a responsibility to our country that I feel strongly about. Sure, my vote won't make a drastic stand along with the other millions of voters out there but just knowing I voted for who I BELIEVE will do a better job running this country makes it all worth while. Even if the person(s) I voted for doesn't win, I can walk away tall knowing that my vote counted and I did my duty.
